Juice making process

For the production of natural apple juice, we use different varieties of apples that grow in our orchards. The fruits reach the sweet stage, so we do not add sugar to the juice (it has an individual pronounced taste).

We carefully wash the hand-picked apples several times and press them, this guarantees the absence of fungus on the fruit. After pressing, the juices are filtered. Ready juice is passed through a pasteurizer.

Pasteurization is a one-time heating of liquids to a temperature below boiling for a short time in order to destroy bacteria.
Does the content of useful substances in the juice change?

When squeezed, all the substances of the fruit from which it is prepared pass into the juice. And vitamins, and minerals, and flavonoids (a whole class of biologically active substances contained in plants) - all this is in the juice and does not disappear when it is heated. And in some cases, pasteurization can increase the beneficial properties of the juice.

At the final stage, we pour the resulting craft juice into bag in box, super pouch and convenient bottles. The bags are made of high-quality polyethylene, which does not affect the smell and taste of the contents, thereby preserving and protecting the quality of the product.
They do not cause problems with disposal. Reducing the impact on the environment and on the carbon footprint compared to other types of packaging.

We store the juice in specially equipped refrigerating chambers.

In this way, we preserve all the vitamins and nutrients as much as possible without adding any by-products so that everyone can benefit from our juice.
